You can find a link to the Yahoo! Customer Care department via the Help Pages. Up in the corner of your mail account is a link to the Yahoo! Help. Click on that link. Two options will appear, a link for mail help and a link for general Yahoo! help. Clicking on either will get you to the link you need, but go ahead and click on the mail help as it is the one you are having issues with. Once on the Help Page, put a question into the text box. Frame it as a question like "Why is my Yahoo! mail account not functioning?" without the quotation marks. Click on ask and you will be taken to a new page with a list of potential matches for your question. I have seldom found the help page to truly fix any issue I have had. Just click on any of the answers provided and you will be brought to a new page with a full version of the answer header. Go to the bottom of the page and you will see a "did this fix your problem?" if so click to be brought back to where you were, or some such wording. Another option is "No, contact Customer Care", when you click on this a form will come up for you to fill out. Follow the directions, put in the information requested, then put your full text of the problem in the text box provided. Finish putting in any further information regarding your system etc then click on Send. It may take one or two days for you to receive a response. If the Yahoo! mail is your only account, you should put in a phone number. Yahoo! does not like to contact via phone, but if neccasary they will. Your best bet though is to have an alternative e-mail account Yahoo! Customer Care can send an e-mail response to you.

Just so you are aware, I have seldom received a fully informed response in the first e-mail from Yahoo! Customer Care, so be prepared to have to e-mail back and forth a few times. Good luck and have a nice day.

I have had this issue all day. I can't get the help link to work either.
I called the pay for help # and said I'm just calling to let you know the email isn't working and he said his was working fine. And there is no outage. That was so very helpful!! Jeeeezz!
