It is possible to have your period while being pregnant.
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs

The signs of pregnancy are cessation of menstrual periods and gradual weight gain (not always true however) If you really want symptoms, check the other answers.

Your gf/wife/sister/cousin/aunt/possibly your mother would have morning sickness. She would be throwing up alot, If it's gf/wife you would see her nipples turn darker, and possibly an unusual appetite.
