probably rusted to the hub .Heat just around the hub with a propane torch. Keep it moving , and heat for about 5 min. While still hot, spray wd-40 or similar around hub and studs. Be patient. Go have a couple of beers or so . Jack it up and hammer the face of the wheel. Spray it again and go have another beer . Odds are it will come off when you kick it smartly on the outer edge of the wheel . p.s. Don't forget to have a jack stand in place!

Well, I know from personal experience that you may want to go back and assure yourself that you removed all of the lug nuts.

But seriously, you may try beating on the tire, from both sides, with a dead blow hammer. Careful, that thing will bounce back!

A 2x4 and a lump hammer. Make sure the car is SECURLEY raised up. Hold the 2x4 against the back side of the rim and whale on it from side to side. The wood will keep you from damaging your rims.

Spray some P.B. Blaster on it. Let it soak in for a while, and re-apply. It may loosen it up. Otherwise, take it to a tire shop.

in your clove compartment you might have something that looks like a big key. It should fit in the center of your tire like a lugnut twist it to see if that works
