my boyfriend has not paid taxes for 2-3 years(he owns his own business) he said the money he should of put to taxes, he was paying other bills with...well the tax lady came to the door a few months ago and he just ignored her, now they put a freeze on his bank account...he called her and they are meeting tomorrow to figure out how much he owes...will they take the freeze off when they meet??? and can he pay in installements???

They will take the freeze off when he pays the taxes he owes. Yes, he can work out an arrangement to pay off the debt in installments. Once, the settlement is in place and he makes his first payment, the freeze should come off.

What he did was criminal. He can get in trouble for tax evasion. He can possibly loose his business. She will let him know that he must pay his taxes. If he doesn't pay up the taxes he will not get the freeze taken off of his account. They may let him pay in installments.
