The kind of lunatic that believes you could rig 2 of the largest building in the world with explosives where 250,000 people work, and not have a single witness. Somehow those 250,000 people missed the workers ripping out all of the interior walls to plant the explosives on the structural steel, and the miles of detonation cord running down every hallway to detonate the explosives.
