Yes, unfortunately much of the crime against children is under reported. Someone who would sexually prey on children should be killed or castrated. If it were my child the offender would never make it to court.

I think the death penalty should be for more than just sex offenders that prey on children, but that's just my opinion. I don't have a problem with executing them. I'd even be willing to pull the switch or insert the needle.

Well my I think my fiance has the right answer to the punishment for sex offenders (and Saddam Husein), he says they should be tied to the end of a rope hanging from a helicopter, and let each major city know that he will be lowered in to downtown at a certian time, and that all of the civilians can bring whatever weapons they want. Then, they are lowered in to the downtown area where everyone is waiting, and then everyone gets to take their frustration out on him/her... great idea, I know!

There should be some kind of self-help program available for people who blindly trust the government enough to give it power to kill citizens, no matter what they've done. The current system of incarcaration and public humiliation are quite effective, as the rates of child sexual assault are extremely low.

although my preferred sentence for child molesters is to give them a jar of honey!!!!

yes, because most of them are not treatable with therapy, it is just a matter of time till they get the next kid and if they are not locked up for the rest of their live there will be another kid suffering
