Something is wrong with your internet, the people in charge of the site are changing or editing the email procedures, or you might have too many files or programs clogging your memory. The geek squad at Best Buy helped me with all my problems, they know everything.

Well, first check if you're connected to the internet. Maybe you were tempararily disconnected. Then try refreshing, or restarting your browser, and maybe your computer if that doesn't work.
