Biggie become no longer the better rapper his lines are simplistic as fu?k. bypass on any website that asserts "biggie's superb lines" and all of them are one syllable rhymes and many them are purely boring punchlines. 2Pac although unquestionably used multisyllabe rhymes continuously from 2Pacalypse now till the time of his loss of life. Biggie in easy terms had a bigger bypass, that's mad hyped up and not even suitable 15.

Biggie has great catchy songs, but 2pac's have a real message (sometimes). I'd say 2pac for sure.

2Pac because he was real to the game and his music touched every aspect of life in the ghetto and how hard it was, you could really feel and understand him through his music. Biggie was just Biggie

Ok--this answer may not be the popular choice, but I would choose Biggie. Tupac was a good rapper, but he was a hypocrite.
