Like everyone else said....American Eagle since it seems you like the preppy style. And if you're 12....i'm pretty sure there's always the XS sizes or you'll just hafta grow into your clothes....give it a year or 2...

American Eagle is my faaaaaaaaavorite store to shop at and they have great prices, if you like A&F and Hollister then you'll like AE

american eagle!!!!!!! its my favorite store. their stuff is sooooooo cute but its not outrageously expensive. aeropostale is good too especially the prices;)
