I find that when I'm on the phone with a person (sorry to say, but from Quebec) they are rude, and have no customer service education.

I do think it is rude. Even if you disagree with someone, let them make their point, then you counter it with your own. You can't give a good argument if you haven't heard what the other person is saying anyway.

Yes, but there are rude people like that all over the place. No one has an attention span anymore. Must be too much TV, internet, video games - you name it. There is an attention span defecit out there for sure!

Yes; it is rude.
However; you are making a sweeping generalized statement about people from Quebec. That is equally rude.

well yes, they do not listen to you just let them finish then you tell them off, try getting back up for your point unless he, or she will keep dogging you out and that's a fact, remember if that doesn't work do the same what they did to you, to make sure how will they feel about it!

Yes, that is so rude and frustrating. They need to listen as well as speak.

Yes, I dislike that a lot. My boyfriend does it all the time, I have just learned to ignore it.

Insist on speaking to their supervisor.
Conversely, let their supervisior know when they have done a REALLY good job, too.
