Cute & cuddly when babies;
frisky & playful when young children,but don't be fooled!
During adolescence they can become moody & irritable, prone to flights of fantasy & sudden drastic shifts of disposition.
By the time they have matured physically, they've gone from yearning to be free of the cage you have built for them to immediately constructing their own cages.
I do not know anyone who has had satisfaction with them & as far as Terran (Sol III) mammals go, I highly recommend the cetaceans instead.

They are sometimes fun, you may need a paddle and collar to train them. But it's more difficult than a cat who just sleeps most of the time.
