Okay, My Hamster keeps on moving her babies and like she has moved them like 7 times but anyway she moved them to the sky tower in the cage and like she did this before and they were to little to walk but now they are walking and I think they keep falling down the tube. Will they die from falling from that height? Is the mom suppose to be moving them so often and like do you think she will move them again?
Thank you =)

leave her alone and let her move them all she wants she knows what is best for them the reason more than likely she is moving them is because you keep looking at them and she thinks your gonna get them or take them away she prtecting them give her plenty of food and water and let her be in peace with her babies be glad she isnt eating them thats what all mine have done with their first borns the vet said its for nutrition that they usually eat their first or because shes scared because someone is gonna harm them my dumb brother wouldnt leave mine alone while I was away at school and thats just what she did ate them so leave her alone let her take care of her babies unless you want them to get eaten they will be fine shes only protecting them

My hamster had babies they were her 1st litter she didnt eat them. What we did was.... Put a little box in her cage she loved it! Also try giving her a peice of apple, and carrot dor nutrion. Give her tishue paper for her to nest with. And try not to look at them to much. And dont touch them until there 3 weeks old! She more than likly wont eat them when there 3 wks old. Our hamster moved them alot too. She only did it when we looked at them. Like the other person said, maybe you should block off the top.

My hamster didnt move hers ; I had a small
box that I put some soft bedding in along with
some paper towns with an opening that wasnt
very big so it was semi - dark & very private .
Maybe you should try blocking off the high
place ; just as a saftey percausion ? but yes -
just try giving her some sort of privacy like
the box - - - good luck :]

Mine killed her pups from the first litter, second litter survived but she moved them around too. Maybe she's trying to put them somewhere safe where you can't get to them? Try putting something in the cage that is closed like a box or something that she can hide her babies in.
