Click on the camera icon in Acrobat Reader. Then you can cut out an image.

You must have Adobe Acrobat on your computer. If you do, you have to change the white hand tool to the select tool (it's on the tool bar). Then you can select the text you want to copy, just like on a Word document, and paste it wherever you want it to go.

Without Adobe Acrobat installed on your PC, you can't copy anything from a PDF.
