We have 3 in our house but 4 on our plan. Of course, if you mean by working that it turns on but its not on a plan then we have 9.

well 2 ppl live in my house me and my boyfriend and we each have a cell phone so 2 for 2....

Just one, and the only reason we have it is because I'm the Ombudsman for my husband's Command, and they provide the phone for me. Otherwise, I just don't need a cell phone.
