* After dancing at the bars ... Eww ... bar floors are GrosSsSsss
* Use tennis shoe shampoo every two weeks ... I hate working out and being distracted over dirty shoes ... replacing the shoe laces will add months to the shoe and they're almost looking new!
* Before special events like weddings, socials, special dates, & such.

When they need polished. Probably about every other month depending on how much I wear them. Oh and for special events like weddings.
