Not all South American countries require you to have a Yellow Fever vaccination. However, there are some countries that will not let you in if you have been to South America unless you can prove you have had a Yellow Fever vaccination. I'd get one anyway, paticularly if you intend going anywhere rural - no point in taking the risk when it is preventable with one jab, just remember that the jab is a live vaccination so you will come down with mild fever/flu for a day or two.

Depends where you're going, but for many destinations yes. Even if you're not going to an impacted nation many places outside S America will require you to show your certificate if they see a S American stamp in your passport, even if it's not from a yellow fever country, since they may not immediately know which are which - so I'd get the jab. You'll get the certificate when you get your jab, which any local GP can do - it's easy to obtain.

Vaccintion is not required'
Vaccinations are bad for you!
A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your bloodstream.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

Yes you do, you can get it from your GP or some other Government Vaccination centre - the jab's not too bad though it may make you feel a little fluey for 24 hours and I'd avoid drinking alcohol or doing any strenuous physical activity for 24 hours, but it doesn't affect everyone the same.
