ok lets get technical and then sessible their is no thing some phycharisic manuel like DSM1Vr which define what crazy or nuts or futty now you can OCD a personally disorder biopolar disorder and it tries to create definition for what should count as these however even these now here is little known secret are extreme impress. Of course to come back to earth one man crazy is another mans good sense I have been accuse of being crazy by women I pretty sure had OCD lol. I think the closes we can come crazy is someone who hold beleif with no basis in reality not shared by other people. i.,e delusion though of course sometime what we call someone delusion maybe true
