If you can't hear the motors you need to get them replaced. but check your fuses first. If they both went together it's probably just a blown fuse. replace that and its fine. If the motor sounds like its running too freely the windows have come detached from the bar (though if that happened they'd probably just fall down), or if they are stuck a little elbow grease and force should release them. I would look at fuses though as this sounds most likely.

You have to first, check the switch/switch's. Then check for power to the window motors. If you have power an ground replace the motors I don't suggest rebuilding them. Quick ma by fix- hit the inside of the door while depressing the window control button.
