101 Dalmatians. My friend and her co-workers did this a few years ago. One of the women dressed as Cruella Deville and everyone else dressed up like dalmatian puppies. It was sooo cute!

Ompa Lompas, can't go wrong there... white gloves, orange make -up, green wigs, stripped stockings, and grovey good-will inspired matching outfits.

me and bunch of my friends are going as, miss california, miss floriday, miss hawaii, miss minnesota, miss nevada...we are all wearing sashes, and crowns...you could also all be care bears, or strawberry shortcake charecters
