No, it aint just Covenrty. It's happened in the north east too, and probably the rest of the country. Most probably because (at least up here anyway) Sky have hiked the price up for the service to the industry.
Although, if you have a look around, a lot of places do get the matches on the foreign channels. Not to sure whether it's legal or not, but thats up to the landlord to take the risk eh. From what I've seen, the increase in trade through people watching the footy makes it worthwhile.

I really hope not as I love watching the footie in a pub. They havent where I live and the perimeter so it is probably just Coventry. Mind you, I would put it past the government to do stupid things like that.

well if you come to exeter there are plenty of pubs that still have footie on, maybe coventry is just going up market.

Thank gawd for that - there're too many pubs with TVs in. While I don't mind in principle - it would be nice to go for a beer and to easily find a pub with peace and quite - to at least find no idiot box in the corner.

soccer is uninteresting to visual reveal unit...yet enjoying it is thoroughly diverse. Its between the main tricky activities to play, and its enjoyable. yet i might ought to do away with golfing i think of, even no be counted if it somewhat is not probable a game, regardless of it is, its pointless.
