My company has had its assets frozen by the government - should I leave this company? Hourly employee with NOTHING vested...

Gtf out of there. There is nothing more they can do for you. You might even end up sacrificing a weeks pay if they are frozen indefinately. Just that they are frozen is reason enough to leave, because thats your paycheck thats on ice. Screw the BS, start looking for a new job now.

I would leave. Sooner or later (probably sooner) they're going to have trouble writing paychecks that aren't rubber. Also, do you want to be associated with a company that has been accused of something that would get their assets frozen? Can't you hear HR people saying "Oh, you worked for THEM" as they read your resume? Better to be able to say that you booked as soon as you found out that there was something wrong.

If the assets are frozen, there is plenty of trouble that won't get fixed fast. I would definitely be looking.
