I have to email updates to all the parents of children at our middle school. These parents do not want their email addresses public to everyone else, but when I type in the name of the list and click send, a message comes up that there are too many addresses in my To: and cc: boxes. I do not know another way to email to the entire list without emailing to each individual parent.

Use bcc (blind "carbon" copy) as many time as your email program allows, then do it as many times as you have to to send it to everybody.
