yellow, white and black stripes width wise across body. 2 yellow stripes length wise on bottom of body.

It is called Argiope aurantia. They are non agressive spiders. I can vouch for that. I have one in my tomatoe garden and doesn't move when I am picking tomatoes. I have read up on them and they look to be a nice kind of spider to have in your garden.

Some people call them "garden spiders". They are actually yellow argiope. Harmless to people except they might scare you. Were beneficial spider since it eats all kinds of bad bugs in your gardens.

It may be a Black and Yellow Argiope.
