Of course, with China killing or exporting all their girls, we may run short of females---maybe it will be multiple husbands.
Note that polygamy is legal in muslim countries including India.

It is not for everyone. However, for the adults who wish to practice polygamy why not leave them alone? They are not forcing their way of life on you.

A self respecting woman wouldn't use another woman's tooth brush ( get the idea ).
If polygamy was practiced all over the world, just where would the women come from. Nature gives the human race about equal male-female births. Doesn't that give some hint about marriage.
The reason that polygamy is legal in Muslim countries is because the laws are made up by lustful leaders. They want the women for themselves.
How is it possible to have a nation of equal numbers of men and women but still practice polygamy ? Somebody is going to be left out in the cold.

This is like saying that because *any* kind of marriage is legal, polygamy will be legal next.
Attempts to legalize polygamy came along before serious attempts to make same-sex marriage legal did.
The two groups have little or nothing to do with each other.

Polygamy is for guys who want to get laid a lot. Period. None of this religious crap for me. They are dirty old men who want some clueless bimbo on them every night of the week.
Comparing it to same-sex marriage is like comparing a donkey to a leaf.

Polygamy - or polygyny - and giving equal marriage rights to all have nothing to do with each other. Only bigots try to confuse the issues.
