That happens to me all the time. It says a lot about THEM. When one resorts to mere insults and name calling, they prove that they are incapable of having any intelligent conversation and exchange of ideas.

I'm with frogs... on this one. The reality is that this is not a partisan issue. If you look at the Q&A's on here, you will be hard pressed to find a good question without "namecalling" or good answers without "namecalling" from both reps and dems. It might help us to have a good conversation if we refrained from namecalling and tryed to agree to disagree. What makes this country great is that you are allowed to have your own opinion and it doesnt have to be the same as mine. The other thing we might want to try is refraining from generalized statements, i.e. all liberals are pro-terrorist or all reps are war mongering neocons. Frankly, both statements are ridiculous, and inaccurate. There seem to be a number of intelligent people here on both sides of the fence, we should be able to have a good debate without having to resort to ridiculous generalizations and negativity. Just a thought.

But didn't you just name call? And what about this persons email to you made you believe them to be a Dem? And how have you come to the conclusion, just from this persons email, that all Dem's are like that?
The truth is that the name calling and partisan comments are coming from both sides (obviously, look at your 'non partisan' question above). We are only hurting ourselves when splitting us so blatantly down the middle.

I find it fascinating that anyone can talk about name calling and low character references without thinking Republican. Karl Rove and company have the lock on this one. Such underhanded ministrations have never been seen before. If the Dems respond in kind, you guys tend to point out what the Dems just did. But you seem to be blind, deaf, and dumb about holding Republicans responsible for anything.

Get a grip Stormy Knight, this is just the kind of thing that happens here. Most don't care about trying to answer your question but trying to look, something I'm not sure what. It's most likely they know little about the subject so what you get is the best they got.
But, saying this about all Dems is not rising far above the ones your complaining about.

lol. You're obviously not non-partisan and that guy figured it out. This question just proves how transparent and superficial you are.
The democrat answerer assumed correctly of course that you are a right-winger pretending to be moderate. Most republicans this month are doing their pre-election day shift to the center and moderate thought is so foreign to them I'm not surprised that they are having trouble being successful or believable.

Well, I don't know, maybe you showed your bias in your question, there is a lot of that going on in here. Maybe, maybe not. But there must have been some reason for it. People both Dems and repuke's are a bit touchy these days.

Rudeness knows no party lines. you either have good manners or you do not. We can agree to disagree and still be the best of friends. You handled it in a mature manner. Smile! You are obviously a good person. Peace.

Those who have no argument resort to name calling. Simple as that. It's simple and it makes them feel powerful. Of course the opposite is true.
