-- Eat healthy [for the most part, at least]
-- Don't smoke [smoking damages collagen and elastin and narrows blood vessels; poor blood flow deprives the skin of getting essential nutrients]
-- Use a pH balanced cleanser so you don't damage your natural skin barrier.
-- Protect yourself from the sun!! According to research, 80% of skin aging occurs before the age of 18 due to unprotected sun exposure. Start protecting your skin now by wearing SPF daily and reapplying throughout the day.
-- Use an antioxidant serum [L-ascorbic acid is the best]. Antioxidants help fight free radicals and L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) helps stimulate collagen.
-- Wear sunglasses that offer UV protection when outdoors. Try not to squint in the sun. Wrinkles around the eyes are the first to show!
-- Drink lots of water (8 glasses+)

...and don't forget the SPF! Sun damage is cumulative. wear SPF daily.

:)

By the way, just to add, protect your neck and hands from the sun as well. As much as you would care for your facial skin, also do the same for the neck and hands. Those three (four) are the most exposed and thus, what give away people's age.
