If you want to overclock anything then you could try overclocking your BUS speed. Do it in small steps and check the stability of your system with each step. Overclocking your memory will usually not have that much of an effect and will probably make your system a lot more unstable.

WARNING! OVERCLOCKING YOUR SYSTEM CAN DAMAGE COMPONENTS AND THEY WILL USUALLY NOT BE COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY!

If you have a motherboard manual it will usually give information on overclocking.

I don't think you can, and if you could, it wouldn't be of much benefit. Overclocking these days ain't what it used to be.
