My local nursery has seed for the type of chinese lantern that you grow. You might try looking there. Ebay has seeds you can get. here is the item number. 290031324175
I have never seen any around to buy that were already grown, 'cos I would like some too! They are neat.

I like the idea of making your own - we did that one year for Chinese New Year.

Any oriental store will carry them. check your local listings. They can also be purchased on line at ant number of places. just type in "Oriental Lanterns". Have fun!
