In general, this is a man/woman differnece thing. I've found that these shows are at the core of woman interest and at the core of male disdain. Why is this? Why the interest? Why the disgust?

Oh God yes!!! I am probably the only woman on the planet who hates Dr. Phil!! I can stomach Oprah; but the sound of him just makes wanna gouge my ears with a pencil!!! I don't like any of those shows! I also hate The View!! I do not know how those women can stand to sit for so long and babble about nothing!!! It drives me nuts!!

Ugh, I agree and I'm a woman. I can't stand those shows. Maybe I should have been a man. My husband is thankful because he gets to watch home improvement shows and anything else he likes. I just don't watch tv. I guess I'm weird.....
Another one I despise is "The View"...a bunch of dopey women sitting around arguing about stupid stuff.
