Brian Jordan was a safety for the Falcons and played baseball for the Braves and Cardinals.

Jeremy Bloom was a professional skier and now plays for the Eagles.

Jim Thorpe was an Olympic athlete, played in the NFL, and in the MLB. He is consistently voted the greatest athlete of all time.

I'll try to think of some more.

I don't know where a site would be, but from personal knowledge:
1. Jim Thorpe - Cincinnati Reds and Canton Bulldogs
2. Gene Connolly - Boston Braves and Boston Celtics
3. Dave DeBusschere - Chicago White Sox and New York Knicks
4. Danny Ainge - Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Celtics
5. Vic Janowicz - Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Redskins
6. Carroll Hardy - Cleveland Indians and San Francisco 49ers
7. Dion Sanders - many baseball teams and football teams
8. Bo Jackson - Kansas City Royals and Los Angeles Raiders
Bo - the only person to be named an all-star in 2 different sports.
9. Walter Ray Williams Bowling and Horseshoe Pitching.
Williams is the all time money winner on the PBA tour and has won the World Horseshoe Pitching Tournament 6 times.

Michael Jordan of course played pro basketball, and pro baseball. His baseball career never amounted to much, but he was a paid player in the minor leagues ... a professional player.
