if you polish regularly, as other can tell you; you car;s body will be thin soon and you will need to buy a new car.
so, becarefull my dear, do not polish it more than one time per year.
have a great future with your car.

You have a Polish car? I have a friend who's Polish and this is how he'd answer this question... but just for fun of coarse.

I'd say every couple months on that polish. Maybe sooner if you live in the rust belt.

I have never in over 33 years of driving ever polished my car, and they have done fine.

I wax my car three times a year
wash it weekly or if going to a car show
detail it with instant detailer just before shows

I assume you mean wax. Left out in the elements, four times a year with a good wax. Garaged, once a year should do it, again with a good wax

I don't think there is a limit just as much as you want but of course don't do it everyday just because well that's foolish.
