M3O has 61% M, thus it has 39% Oxygen. Oxygen's mass is 16, so the total mass is 16 / 39% = 41.0.

3 * M therefore equals 41 (total) - 16 (oxygen) = 25, so M = 8.3333.

To find the percentage in M2O: 8.33333 * 2 + 16 = 32.666667. 16.666667 / 32.666667 = 51.0% M in M2O.

100%-61%=39% which is the percentage of O which is oxygen which has an atomic mass of 16.

.39x=16 to find the total mass of the molecule.
x=41.0256

41.0256-16=25.0256 which is the weigth of M3
25.0256/3=8.341866 = the atomic weight of M

M2 therefor is 8.341866 * 2 = 16.6837

16.6837 + 16 = M2O = 32.6837

to find the percentage of M in M2O is 16.6837/32.6837
which gives you 51.046 %

enable ethanol be noted as E. enable the ethanol answer in water be noted as S. The molecular weight of ethanol, C2H6O, is 40 six. 2.76molE/1000mLS x 46gE/1molE x 1mLS/0.978gS = 0.130gE/1gS which means 13.0g ethanol/100g answer, so the respond's 13.0 wt/wt% ethanol to 3 significant figures.
