Is a person more susceptible to falling in love (with someone) when he or she is sad or stress?
some people fall in love easier during the happy times of their life, is this true too?
If you believe none of the above situation is true, please suggest an alternative theory.

Well its different for everyone. I had lots of cushs that lasted more then a year, but they where just crushes.
When a person is sad or stressed they will not find love, but need.
Love can find you at any age. My grand ma is in love like she was a teen again.
Love is not a stated of heart, but a state of mind. People walk around looking for love, but they want find it like that. See they are so odsessed with being in love with Mr/Miss right they miss true love at every turn. So they never really follow in love with each other they fall in need with each other. (This is why divorce is so big)
I find my true love by accident. I wasn't looking for it, I was just thinking about finshing school and nothing more. When I meant him, I didn't think about him much. I told a friend he was cute, but let it at that. A YEAR later, I meant a guy in a chat room (just to play a game) we start to talk and we hit it off....
IT was the same guy. love will find you when you stop looking

I do not believe sad or stress make someone susceptible for falling in love, however the other definition probably is feeling lonely might be the best fit for that situations.
I do believe falling in love can be consider when there is no alternative motive or there is no "special" circumstance surronding it then you can see the falling in love instead of what appear to be falling inlove. :)

i think of there is an element people that needs to be significant. it is why we see this area flooded with questions of "what's the meaning of life?" it is why God is one in each of those arguable subject rely, it rather is significant to us, to renowned that we mean some thing. I read that people do fall in love under stress or when they are nerves or in a new situation. I say it comes whenever it comes to ya.

I don't think that there's a special time to fall in love,I mean you can fall in love anytime,anywhere,with anyone,just when your souls have been connected to each other,well that's my theory

People fall in love when they meet a really nice person, of the opposite gender, whom they might find sexually attractive. People do not fall in love more often when stressed/happy, it differs.

Well sometimes it really can be "Luv at first site" and if not yes when they are happier usually they are very optimistic and usually notice there love.Especially when u have gotten to know someone for a while and start to get feelings about them.

well i don't know..all i can tell you is that love is a wonderful thing...painful but beautiful...and yes i guess you fall in love easier when you are happy because you look more approachable to people and they talk to you and you get to meet way more people...

It can happen anywhere, under any condition, Regardless of time and if there depressed or happy. It just does. Theres no statistic on love.
