i am to explode..i have ordered a hsipping from puralotor from a tiloe store to my home. i needed them to deliver me a box of floor tiles ..after paying them huge delievery bill thry deliever my package but all the tiles were broken into pieces. I called them they wouldnt do anything about it. and i still have to pay the contractors daily fee cuz i booked him but now there are no tiles to work with. ( that was the store that had the special tiles and i tis like 3 hours away from me that is why i used purolator) i am so mad how do i relax........i just called my husband at work and took my anger from him and just yelled at dear dog too :( any solutions to relax..i feel like punching someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get things in perspective... they're tiles, material objects... crap happens.
It's possible they are being idiots because it is a ceramic item and Purolator does not cover glass breakage in their insurance, only loss (should have gone with UPS), and the store doesn't want to take the loss.

What? Call your hubby back and tell him your sorry in a calm voice and then have a nice drink and dinner ready for him when he gets home. Oh! and pet the dog and give a treat then a nice long walk w/ dog.

have a few drinks while relaxing in the tub w/ soft music. wait 'til the next day to call them back & threaten to call the pres. of the company if they don't do things to ur satisfaction. keep a copy of all correspondence---also,note down any ph.calls---between u & purolater.

report to better business office plus is there any news channel that takes up causes or any where like that to make it public the next step is keep calling the store and talking to those in charge now! quit taking it out on your hubby and dog how wrong is that take it out on that crummy place

u need to contact the store of where the tiles where shipped for them to replace them. contact the superviors supervisor, or contact the news and have them do a report on it.. u know like the help me howard segment...

Yes, relax, relate, release. And if that doesn't work try: "321,123 what the hell is botherin me" Say that as many time as you need to, and if you are still angry, invest in a punching bag. Just please don't hurt the dog!

the tile store will have insurance.......call again and speak to the president of the company AND purolator.
Keep track of all your expenses......threaten to go to the news!!!
