If you are asking the question and feeling uneasy about her "visits" with her cousin...then there is cause for concern.
Before you jump to conlusions OR dismiss your feelings - - you need to have a very serious talk with her.
Let her know that you love her, but her time away is leaving you a little insecure and that, if there is something wrong with your relationship, you ask that she please open up and tell you how she's feeling. Remind her that if there is something wrong at home, you don't turn outside of the marriage to try to fix it. You turn your energies toward each other to work through the problem.

Are there any other signs that tell you she is cheating? Don't jump the gun on this one. She may just be getting bored staying at home all weekend and decided to get out of the house. Try to call her while she's gone at the cousin's house (if she has a cell then tell her you tried the cell and it did not go through). If the cousin answers the phone and says she is not there then that would be a more specific question of "is she cheating".

What kind of question is that? If you think she is cheating ask her. Are you fighting a lot? There has to be a reason behind this sort of behavior or maybe the cousin is going through a hard time.

Or why would she be spending weekends (when all the party's are) at her cousins? I would confront her. I think that it's strange that your wife would spend any nights with her cousin. She's married to you - her nights should be with you.

Is her cousin male or female? Do you think she is cheating with her cousin? Have you tried calling her cousins house or driving by to see if she is there? It is time for you to start checking up on her to see what she is up to. I think you already know the truth but you don't what to hear the truth. When you are ready to come out of denial, you will.

no she is not cheating on you .
but you should spend weekends together if you have a happy family life which I can presume it is already being harmed by your wife's behaviours

Looks like a definit maybe. I know when I started using lame excuses like that it's because I was a cheating ho. Be cautious.
