Everybody has the curiosity to know their future. You are not an exception. I think it is a science & existed for so long and thus not a bullshit. If soebody tells you the past as well as the future without knowing you, you are bound to believe in astrology.

Astrology, real astrology really works, but not newspaper horoscopes, where they only use your Sun sign. To just use only our Sun sign is useing Astrology in its weakest form. Your correct, their are rising signs, moon signs, and sun signs, Inner planets, outer planets,north nodes, Chiron, and the asteroids. You brought up conjunctions, also semi-sextiles, squares, trines, quincunxs, oppositions, and just plain sextiles. It can get quite complicated, like any language.
Convince you, ok its because planets are real, and not just bullshite. I've seen them, so have you. NASA's even got snapshots. Planets are so "real" in fact , that they follow real orbits, consistent enough to put into mathematical tables. Planets don't need you or me to "believe" in them, and I think it's safe to say they won't disappear, even if we reclassify ( Pluto ) them. I'm not going to try to convince you to believe in astrology, you can feel free to continue believing--or disbelieving in whatever you like.
Astrology is a system (communication) a perfectly logical system that's often described as equal parts "science" and art. Whatever you call it, it works. Honest. It's all about (communication) understanding. About drawing parallels between the movements of planets in our universe and condiction's down here--and that's not a new concept. It's called seasons, and gardeners have been working with them for years.
Well, astrologers are gardeners, too. They just use all the planets, Sun and the Moon too, when they plant seeds.
If you have an open mind, and want to learn a brand knew way to describe everything you already know (communicate) in a language that will fascinate, befuddle, educate, and enlighten you.
Then try it yourself, go to astro.com enter your info. and start learning another way to understand yourself, and others in your life better. I hope this helps you, and all peoples. That's something we should all do, learn to communicate better.

no, i will not try to convince you. Yes, there is More to astrology then just "sun sign" not star sign..there is sun, moon, mercury, Venus, mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, Neptune, ascendant, mid heaven, nadir, moon nodes, and other numerous things that build the map of an individual personality at the moment of birth at a specific time and place that is like no other before it...sun sign is just a game similar to a crossword puzzle or a word jumble. and the magi were astrologers and the Vatican has the largest astrological library in the word.

Yes it is true there are several aspects to astrology. You use your sun sign to get your horoscope, but there is also a moon, a rising and several others I am not familiar with. It has to do with the position of the sun, moon and other planets in relation to the constellations of the Zodiac. However it is still a load of bs. You can't tell your future or find a mate because you are a Leo and they are a Virgo, but don't take my word for it. Astrology.com is a fairly informative website for any questions you may have regarding astrology.

If you want astrology to really work for you then have a chart done, get a good reliable person to do it for you, it will be solely for you and your birth date and generally works better than the basic horoscopes in the magazines and papers.

Come off it.... there are 12 star signs. This means that the horoscopes printed in the newspaper each apply to 1/12 of the population.
According to my horoscope today I am apparently naturally sporty... I can't hit a ball to save my life!

well it's not.astrology is built on a fake idea:that the Earth is in the middle of the Universe,that is,as we know fake.so u rather try to build your own destiny cause the stars and planets aren't!

Astrology doesn"t work at all. I have tried to believe in what it says but it hasn't worked for me. It is just another way to get money and people's attention.
