you have 72hours to take it!!!!!!!! if u done it saturday night you can take it by tomorow but you have to realise its not that effective!!! i have took it up to the 3rd day before it was all good! dont worry bout it the more u worry the more things will run through your mind. leave it until your next due on your period. if your late i suggest you go to a family planning plinic or get a pregnany test. there are loads of things which you can go through so dont feel your alone and think to yourself ur not pregnant

Were you on the pill before the condom broke? If not you might be in trouble. I don't believe theres a magical pill that kills the baby but im a guy so i don't know everything. I would suggest talking to a doctor or waiting to see if you miss your period. Also if it was the day after pill how many days was it after and how many day afters did you have that week i don't know if that would make a difference. Again i would talk to a doctor about your chances they will give you a better answer than anyone on here. You sound like you took great steps in preventing a pregnancy but again not having sex is the greatest protection. I hope you find out and everything ends up ok.

Its monday today. The morning after pill is most effective within 24 hours, however you can take it withing 48 hours as well. Depending on where you live, some states/provinces allow you to obtain this pill from your local pharamcist without a prescription from a physician. If this is the case, you should check with the pharmacist. Otherwise your best bet would be to head to your doc for a pregancny test.

It's called the morning after pill, so you would have had to take it no later than yesterday / today. If you are scared about getting pregnant, why are you having sex? Can you financially support a child, can your boyfriend (even if he does stick around). Try getting on at least birthcontrol pills and then also wear condoms.

You should try to go and get that 72 hour pill from the health office if you don't want to see the real docs... Know that the longer you wait - the greater your chances of taking care of this situation. And as a reminder - if you are pregnant... the fear of going to the doc- is right out the window cause one way or the other - you will have to see one. Good luck...

We'll if you have been taking the pill for a little while and you just missed a day, or 2, then you might be ok if you keep taking it, thats what my girl did and never got pregnant.
Of course if you are pregnant, you will want to stop taking that pill, better buy a test.

everyone has given you the answers to your question, but can i give you a little advice? i'm 31 and married and pregnant with a very much planned baby and, believe me, it's not fun! i have been so sick and lay in my bed thinking all these weird thoughts and one of them was if i was a teenager handling this on my own it would be an absolute nightmare. i've travelled a lot, have a great job, own my home and achieved a lot in life so i'm ready for this now. you have only just begun your amazing life! if you come out of this not pregnant, then please, go on the pill or stop having sex until you are ready.

You shouldn't be having sex. If you don't want a baby then don't have sex. You are a teen you don't need it. Sex is for married adults only. And it is for the marriage bed only! When will you teens learn that sex is not just an act. It is a special bond between a husband and wife.
If you are pregnant. Give it up for adoption. You should have thought about that before having sex. Grow up!

It's not too late, the morning after pill should be taken at a maximum of 3 days later. You don't have too much time to get it though...

Emergency contraceptives have to be taken within 72 hours. Call a doctor, NOW. Fear or not, it's better than the consequences of not going. go go go!
