Your rogue poison skill ranks directly with XP; it's (5 x level). Get to level 60, and you'll get a poison skill of 300.

what lvl are you? you have to be lvl 60 to get to 300.
you should be able to train in atleast one poison from your rogue trainer (insta pois rank 6) and u can pick up a book for deadly
