to do this write a simple plan to present for approval.. include the following:
date and time.
usage of the multi purpose room, get a teacher to be sponsor
obtain the students , teachers to model the clothes
obtain the clothes for the show [maybe a local clothes store Will loan them for the show
cost of tickets to see the show.etc..
