Your much better just going out and buying a key either through there official outlets or buying via such places as eBay, though this is frowned on by Anet.

Seriusly tho some people do post password and usernames on here although whether these are actually there own or scammed accounts is debatable.

With no on-line fees to pay get some nice person to buy you an account for a birthday or work for the money etc
