I am 40 years old. Even though my kids are grown up, My vaginal muscles are very slack. I have incontenience when I jump up and down or sneeze. My poor husband has put up with this loosness for years, and I dont have much, actually, no feeling in there. What is the best method, devices out there. I tried the usual after birth home exercises but to no avail. Please Help.

You should see a urogynecologist for this problem. It's their specialty.

You need to do Kegel exercises everyday. There are even little kegel contraptions that you can buy.

You can also use pillows, etc. to adjust your body angle. For example, if you put pillows under your butt and raise your legs in the air, it will shorten the vaginal canal - thus, you will feel smaller and tighter, even though you're not.

there are exercises called kegal exercise thats when like you are urinating and you stop it in the middle your own will and you can even do it when you are just sitting still these tighten your muscles

You tried the kegal excercises or maybe it's spelled kegel
