NO. Advil, ibuprofen, and motrin contain aspirin that can increase your risk of bleeding. Tylenol does not contain aspirin. Try not to take any unecessary medications during your first trimester. This is a very important time for development of the organs, brain and spinal cord.

Stick with Tylenol, anything that DOES NOT have aspirin in it is usually safe. I know that I get migraines and when I was pregnant I stuck with Tylenol.
