I wanted to know the time interval between my first donation and when can I be ready for a next one.

I think the red cross suggests that a healthy adult can donate every 3 months

2 times a week. go to a blood bank. some pay you 25 $. but the gift of blood should be free of charge. god bless.. your body replaces blood in hours.
