definetely adobe illustrator. Pretty simple oto use once you get the hang of it. You can buy amgazines with tutorials in them to get you started or the actual program has tutorials on it. Good luck

Really you should use adobe illustrator but i think it cost or i use open office draw

Microsoft paint is installed on your Pc and may do all you want
