First off get tested so you can find out what the hell is wrong with you. Next you definitely need to dump that girl of yours. No girl that you would wont as a girl friend would allow herself to be gang banged unless she was raped, or a slut. I guarantee you she will have sex with anyone at anytime if she is willing to be gang banged. If you were part of the 10 man train then you are crazy for making her your girl in the first place.

First -- Go see a doctor to get that taken care of. Hopefully all it'll require are some antibiotics.

No, you should go see a doctor to get your self checked out for an STD! And inorder to treat it you would have to be prescribed a treatment! Just incase! but you definately should not wait untill it gets worse!
