It takes away the freedoms of the property managers to make their own rules regarding use of the property. However, it gives that freedom back to the residents. Overall I'd say its a net-gain in freedom.

Well, now I understand. I should have looked it up. I think its dumb to buy a place where other people make your rules for you in the first place. but yes, I think every single American should have the right to display our flag proudly no matter where he lives. yes it gives freedom.
