why i always dream about dead people.?

these people whom i dream about are sometimes not my close relatives and i never think about them.wenever i hav these kinds of dreams ,it really disturbs me alott

I have a couple of opinions on dreaming about those that have passed. Not sure if they are true, but it is at least worth a thought.

1) It could be they are just visiting you to say hi or whatever.

2) Sometimes I think dreams are the minds way or defragmenting the hard drive. As memories are rearranged and filed somewhere else we see the file breifly on its way to the new place (that's what we are interpreting as a dream), but it often gets clouded by the other files whizzing by so they seem to merge together. Often it's the files that aren't needed any more or aren't that important to us at the moment that keep getting shuffled around, unfortunately we can't just throw unneeded memories in the recycle bin. I think maybe this is the minds way of keeping things running smoothly and at peak effeciency.

Hmmm my brother dreamed of dead people. He knew them and yes they were relatives. I thought it was kinda weird and so did my mother. B/c he would wake in the mornings and ask my mom who is this and who is that. And my mom would be like where are you getting all these names. She would continue to say how do you know about these people. All these people have been dead for years. Well tragically my brother die maybe one year after that. He knew something that we didn't. I think he knew he was going to die. Some days he would tell me but I would never believe him. I wish he would of said more. I don't want to scare you but when I hear stuff like this. I think of my dear brother..he was a true angel! RIP bro.

Dreams are usually just mixed up emotions and thoughts... These people may have crossed your mind even if it was just for a moment... Maybe your soul is telling you to contact them - just to check on them and see if they are okay. At least if you do contact them - it may ease your mind and you could sleep better... I'm sure that dreaming of them as being deceased must be troubling for you, Try it out - Go ahead and give them a call.

dont dispair alot of people dream about these people.. you probably just more"sensative" then most other people.i know it seems kooky but there are others out there just like you. find a support group online to help ya through,when you can talk about your experiences with others who dont think you are crazy it makes a world of difference--trust me im one of them!! good luck always
