I always say, when you feel guilty about something the best way to stop feeling guilty is to stop doing the thing you feel guilty about. You are in command of your own behavior -- exercise the self-discipline you know you should.

You want the honest truth, or do you want us to tell you what you want to hear? If you are married to a man, then for god's sake act like it. If he wants your attention, then you are obligated to give him attention. Why are you feeling guilt? I know, because you are doing wrong, and that is what comes with treating someone wrong. If your husband don't come beat the crap out of your coworker, then I would wonder why not. You need to stop playing games, because the graveyard is full of people just like you!!! You don't walk all over a man just because you are married to him. Maybe you need to divorce your husband and do you both a favor, as it doesn't seem like you are willing to be married to him and play fair. Just remember the guilt thing, it will eat you alive sooner or later. Better get your act together while you still can. Good Luck!!

Your co-worker does not care about you, he just wants sex, he does not want to marry you, he does not want to put up with the weaknesses you have, he just wants to dump a load inside of you and he will be gone like the morning dew. What will you have then? More guilt and a real good husband that you have hurt because you are either pregnant or have a disease from another guy that just wanted to see if he could get in your pants. Wow, how many lives can you screw up because you like the attention from this scum you work with? I hope your husband is banging some cute little thing at work and has too little energy for you, because that is what you deserve.

Get a divorce and set your husband free. Let him go so he can find someone who actually wants to be with him and has some loyalty to him.

A coworker being aggressive and sexual with you is a punishable offense. It is called sexual harassment. A gesture of self respect and respect for your marriage would be to report him and file paperwork to stop this behavior. This would lessen your guilt for sure.

If you encourage it because it flatters you or makes you feel saught after, then you are turning away from your husband and looking outside your marriage for fulfillment. You are cheating and your husband deserves better than you.

SInce you feel guilty, I am guessing that you encourage it. Don't you think it would be cool if your husband knew this (if you had the courage to tell him) and took action to fulfill your needs himself? What outside attention would you hunger for if your husband kept your plate full at all times? You have to step up and make your unfulfilled needs known to him.....

Sort of vague Jenny? Are you having a relationship with your coworker like in an open marriage sort of thing? With no information to go on, i can only say listen to your guilt. You may be doing something you are not comfortable with. If you would like to provide more information, I'm all ears.

Does that mean you and your coworker are having relations? Your husband shouldn't feel that he has to struggle for your attention- he's your husband!
