My physical address and shipping address are different. I ordered a wood chipper to be shipped to my physical address and they accidentally shipped it to my shipping address, which is a PO Box, it’s not physical. When I called the post office to give my shipping address there was nobody there to physically answer the phone. Is there some where I can physically go to change my shipping address?

Physically go down to the physical post office where you get your regular mail delivered and see if they're holding the chipper for you there. If it hasn't arrived yet, you should be able to provide redirection information to someone there.
