It seems that the CSA is in slow meltdown. The powers that be are trying to sort it out and the odds are that the Inland Revenue will take it on,heaven help them. However the Inland Revenue staff are likely to be better trained that the numbers recruited to operate the CSA so there is hope.

Well, I have to say that a team of blind and mentally crippled donkeys could do a better job than the CSA.
Here's hoping it's lots of free money from the government to say sorry for this debacle. £1000 a month guaranteed, plus a council house upgrade to a penthouse apartment with maid service. Oh, and a cheeky little runaround. That'll do nicely, sir!

there are some changes being made to the charging, IE it will go to 15% of income of the partner paying. but the whole concept of the csa is great in theory, but it has been used to destroy many peoples lives, so in stead of a support net for the child/ren, it is generally considered the best contraception known to men... no would the birth rate is dropping....

What will take it's place will be another clumsy government department, staffed by the same mindless Civil servants, using the same decrepit computer system... they will then spend a fortune of tax payers money making excuses for the next five years....
hey sundae girl, don't you want an Aupair too?, for the kids...
